Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
Here are the rules guiding our refund/exchange policy:

1. We offer returns or exchanges for products that are reported as damaged upon receipt/delivery.
‘DAMAGED’ in terms of damaged hardware/accessories, leather or parts of the product.
Simply send an email to info.winstonluxuryleather.com with your complaint(s).
For website purchases: State the order number in the body of the email.
For social media platform purchases (TWITTER/INSTAGRAM/FACEBOOK): State the name it was purchased with alongside the date of purchase.
OR

Simply walk into any of stores with your evidence of payment where they will be verified— to process an exchange or a refund or in-store credit conversion.

Damaged goods should be reported within 7 WORKING days after receipt of delivery for it to be considered genuinely damaged.

Payment refunds will be processed as soon as the item has been delivered back to us — within 2 days of receipt.
OR
Immediate Exchange(s) will be shipped out as per availability upon request.


2. For items that are shipped/delivered to the customer in the wrong size, wrong color or item as a result of error on our part.
A refund/exchange/in-store credit conversion can also be processed once a report is made within 7 WORKING days of purchase and the item has been returned to us. Payment refunds will be processed as soon as we receive the items.
The cost of shipping/delivery for exchanges will be covered by WINSTON LEATHER.

3/ Items/Products that have been damaged after use (which are items that were not reported as damaged within 7 days of receipt) do not qualify for an exchange or return or in store credit conversion. However, those items can be taken to our Lagos store and a fee for shipping/delivery TO or/and FROM the location of choice before and after product is fixed will
be covered by the customer.
The delivery rates vary upon the location the goods are to shipped to after they have been fixed.
30% of the original price of the item will be charged for this service.

Process time for fixing these products is 27-30 days.




In a situation where the client expresses a change of heart as regards the color, pattern, shape, print or design, there will be a ONE TIME exchange privilege with WINSTON LEATHER for item(s) of the exact same value or a higher value of what is being returned and not less the value. Where it is a higher value, the client will pay the price difference.
There will be NO payment refunds.
The client is to cover the cost of shipping for exchanges both ways if this exchange is to be made online and not in store.
Discounted item(s) purchase(s) are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging within 7 days of receipt.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
