How long does it take to process my order? 

All orders within Nigeria take an average of to 2-4 days to process before shipping and will ship within 2 business days within Lagos and 3-5 days to other states.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes! We offer international shipping. We ship to countries outside Nigeria in an average time of 4-10 business days. 

How long do preorders take? 

A preorder allows you to purchase an item that is out of stock. 

Preorders take an average of 21-30 days to be processed. In event of unforeseen delays, we will inform you of the new expected delivery date. 

What method of payment is accepted? 

We accept all forms of payment via Paystack, PayPal and Local Bank Transfers.

Is there a warranty on Winston Leather goods?

We are currently unable to offer warranties. However, if you have any issues with your products upon receipt; we have an exchange policy in place in which items in their original condition can be returned within 7-10 days.
