We offer after purchase services for items that have been damaged after use (depending on the degree of damage.)
a. Items can be returned to any of our walk in stores with evidence of payment for items purchased in-store, and name, number and date of purchase are to be provided for twitter/Instagram or WhatsApp purchases and order numbers for purchases via website are to be provided.
b. Client will be charged 30% of the original cost of the item for this service.
c. Delivery/Shipping charges will be covered by the client.

If you miss your order or it is refused at delivery and returned to us, you will not be refunded shipping costs and/or any duties and taxes you were charged.

Back-Order items are items that are currently out of stock. Production time frames are an average of 27-30 days.
